DeeAnn Palin has over twenty years of Business and Executive leadership experience and has worked in a multitude of industries including High Tech, Insurance, Retail, Private Education and Sports & Entertainment.

Ms. Palin is a certified Project and Change Management Professional and holds a Masters degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
DeeAnn serves as Vice Chair for of Northern Arizona University’s Foundation Board and maintains active membership with several professional associations including GPEC and is past Board

President of Arizona’s Human Resource Executive Forum.

Ms. Palin specializes in business transformations and shares her experience through public speaking, executive coaching and consulting. She takes pride in identifying and solving key business issues and creating game changing strategies for businesses. DeeAnn Palin is known for her exceptional team leadership, strong talent and results management. She takes pride in mentoring and supporting next generation leaders.

In her most recent work experience, Ms. Palin served as SVP of Operations and Strategy for the Phoenix Suns where she led several departments, the Suns strategy and business plan and drove several multi-million dollar projects. In her time there, she facilitated a major transformation of their technology and key operations.
Prior to her role at the Suns, Ms. Palin led a large operation for Universal Technical Institute where she managed key employer partnerships and student career centers on eleven campuses across the country. She defined key metrics and improved the sales of advanced training to increase business results and employ nearly10,000 graduates annually.
Ms. Palin was a key member of the SCF Arizona leadership team that enabled the transformation from state agency to fully privatized Copper Point Mutual Insurance Company. She worked for years at Motorola and with Target, usually in roles of transformation and business improvement.
