Mike DiRobbio


Mike DiRobbio is a senior facilitator with Mission Facilitators International which is a member of the Thunderbird Educators Network. Mike is a learning strategist and sales leader with extensive corporate experience and hands-on expertise designing and implementing performance improvement learning solutions that have a positive impact on organizational goal achievement and revenue generation. He specializes in customized learning solutions for notable clients such as Siemens, RJ Reynolds, Knowledge-Net, Seagate Technologies, Hitachi, and Hewlett-Packard.

During his career Mike has focused in the areas of management and leadership both as an educator and as a practitioner. He has successfully led corporate teams in marketing, operations, service, technical sales and training. He has created and taught leadership and management courses as an adjunct faculty member of two colleges and has been responsible for developing and delivering management training in the corporate world as well. In addition Mike has personally trained and coached thousands of people in both domestic and international engagements.  He has received numerous awards recognizing his performance excellence in management and training, as well as his leadership contributions to the business community.

Most recently, Mike was World Wide Manager of a Global Learning Development team at the Hewlett-Packard Company.  There he led a team of professionals who developed the sales and solution training for HP’s sales force worldwide. Mike has an MBA in Management, is past president of ASTD Portland Maine, is a certified coach, professional facilitator and certified influence trainer.
